Sharks are undoubtedly under attack throughout the world’s oceans but in one part of our globe at least, the trend is being reversed. In Shark Reef Marine Reserve, Fiji the bull shark population is increasing - rapidly. This world famous shark feeding location has encouraged the local population to protect sharks for their own financial well good and bull sharks in particular are thriving in this now shark safe haven. Bull sharks are not presently an endangered specie but are widely fished and worldwide their numbers are thought to be in decline.
